Actually Justin Wilson wasn’t a Cajun but he was an excellent mimic of the way they speak and he promoted Cajun cooking.

Prudhomme obviously has a French last name but he could well be descended from Creoles, the original French settlers of New Orleans, as I am. A lot of people think Louisiana French equals Cajun and it just ain’t so. Creole power!

Justin was from way up nort'.

He from Amite, up in Tangipahoa Parish, almost in Mississip.
