If the members of Congress are truly concerned about the targeting of members of Congress, they need only defund the Secret Service until the head and all his deputies resign or are fired.

Congress is not truly concerned as I believe they are cowered and already intimidated by the Obama administration and directed SS, IRS, and other perverted government agencies.
