It was a combined operation of over 260 Swift Boat and other Navy servicemen, Army Specials Forces commander, a couple of us civilians (I was a journalist in SVN/Cambodia) including the son of an Air Force flier in Vietnam, and some senior Operations Commanders for Overlord and Market Garden, plus a couple POWS (military and civilians).

You couldn’t find a betterr group of Americans in one room and it was an honor to work with them.

Recall the widespread question by the MSM in 2008; "When will the Kerry campaign respond to these scurrilous charges by the Swift Boat people?"

And, of course, they never did.

But a Newsweek reporter who had been 'embedded' in the Kerry campaign with the understanding he couldn't reveal anything until after the election, finally revealed the answer: "Because most of it was true..."
