It is doable. All you have to do is find the right target and focus on them, then guide them right down the track planting suggestions in their heads making them think its their own thoughts. This is without even involving the technological aspects which I have heard of recently. Bear in mind that advanced government technology is often 10 - 15 years ahead of what the public is aware of. If they can focus a beam onto you in a supermarket and make you hear it but no one else can, think about what the feds have access to (referring to the technology that they use in supermarkets now that use focused audio beams to capture your attention and look at a particular product).
The supermarket beam got my attention. Egads, what a brave new world we live in. Just yesterday, my 86 year old Uncle received a call from the security division of a large retail store notifying him of unauthorized purchases on his card. He called me upset. I have to disclose he is NOT tech savy, we reasoned it could have happened when he made a return on a recent purchase. I assured him the store security would indeed find the person, especially when they suspect it was an employee. My point in all this was to explain to him he did nothing wrong, that our technical world is still subject to dishonest and bad people.
