Respectfully submitted: MKUltra had much of it redacted, and the occasional minor success would have been redacted as well. However, I agree, on the whole. MKUltra was mostly a failure.

Much more effective mood alteration techniques were later found. One method that was effective, was achieved in the 1960's and 1970's with low-level microwaves. The resulting effects are irritability, sleeplessness, and poor decision making abilities. The Soviets beamed low-level microwaves at the American embassy in the 1970's.

Furthermore, check the (presumably personally-experienced) posts of jsanders2001. He sounds like he knows his stuff, and may have actually used psych techniques to manipulate people. This stuff is real.

I am asking us to consider that the tools that actually work, may be being applied by this entirely-evil administration for nefarious purposes.

What was going on when mass shootings happened during other administrations? If mass shootings increase when we have a hypothetical Cruz administration, what would that mean?

I mean, say mass/social media does have something to do with an increase or perceived increase in crazy mass shooting instances. Seems to me it would naturally happen the most during the period when social media has grown the most and become most prevalently used. Which is now, and all through the Obama regime.

“Much more effective mood alteration techniques were later found. One method that was effective, was achieved in the 1960’s and 1970’s with low-level microwaves.”

No actual documentation of that as far as I know. Just the usual conspiracy theories.

“Furthermore, check the (presumably personally-experienced) posts of jsanders2001.”

I don’t buy into anonymous internet anecdotes as evidence.
