Oh right. Because when pot was illegal in Colorado I’m sure none of his employees showed up stoned. Because it was illegal and people don’t do things that are illegal. But now that pot is legal everyone smokes it! Right?
Stupid employer is stupid.
He is smart to leave a place that is losing qualified and productive employees.
It’s stupid to try making a business work with a ‘talent pool’ that is surging with unmotivated and unproductive employees.
