NAZI is nowhere close to “right wing”! It’s the national socialist party, and its present day counterpart might look close to the Democrat party in terms of tolerance for others.

there was a reaonably sincere effort to denazify western Germany after WW2, which worked to a considerable (not complete) degree.
Austria, Hitler’s home, did not do as well... (Waldheim comes to mind, and more)
ps: The nazis were socialists (Left wing dictators, not right wing dictators)

A 24-year-old German man has been handed a nine month conditional jail sentence for posting hundreds of right-wing extremist comments online. Those Germans sure do love them some Fascism, one way or the other.
Now they are just being extremists in the opposite direction.
