Matthew 7:24-27
BTTT
The United States has surely done all it could to run God out of our house.
I’m not so sure most Americans have much concern for the constitution these days. Seems that everybody just wants a friendly dictator.
Yes, the government has done just that, and it has accelerated into a parallel war on Christianity itself.
I suppose 95% of Americans are unaware of Article V, and still believe elections can reverse our national course.
no dictators. Unless you're referring to 0bola's favorite snack.
Article I Section 10:
No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.
When do we call bringing 100,000 Syrian soldiers to the United States an invasion, and let the states Constitutionally mobilize?

You want the electorate that voted for Obama twice to have a go at re-writing the Constitution?
It appears you have lost all faith in free government.
Agreed. The electoral pool is tainted by the dishonest and befouled by the ignorant.
I have little faith in having a Constitutional Convention with an uneducated populace. With voting and the normal machinations of government, their ability to do harm is at least somewhat mitigated.
Be careful what you wish for.
I recall Scotus recently determined the states had no control whatsoever over their borders with foreign nations.
Arizona was told that border matters were entirely in the hands of Obama.
This isn't republican government.
Ask a Trump supporter how Trump will get his grand plans through congress.
I've forgotten how many times Article V opponents have resorted to empty bumper-sticker rhetoric.
“Men occasionally stumble over the truth, but most of them pick themselves up and hurry off as if nothing ever happened.” - Churchill
95 percent of Republicans don’t give a rip and that goes right down to the state and local levels, not just in Washington where we see the existence of a Uniparty.
The people will have to organize outside the political structures and keep the Uniparty politicians out.
I’m not against participating in elections but only to elect real conservatives in a primary or to vote for real conservatives in a general election and if that means third party or write-in so be it.
Meanwhile, we have to wait for leaders to emerge to lead things. We need sober and sane people, not racists, not crackpots or crazies-although opponents may end pinning those labels on them in the end.
A new third party that runs candidates in elections and runs conventions to amend the constitution might be the route to take.
Ding, ding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Your comments are the starting point. The reason the lights have gone out in Georgia so to speak. The primary reason IMHO we are in the state we are in, where it appears our liberties are vanishing faster than we can react is because we have run God out of our house. We have said in essence we don’t need God.
Rather than focus on a fools errand with a COS we should be focusing on what got us to this point in time. Those humble pilgrims who came here with the purpose of worshiping God Almighty, and his precious Son, did so out of a desire for freedom and liberty to worship the one true God and his Son Jesus. We in this day are overcome by a Godless society bent on removing God, religion, and Good, from the public discourse.
We should be getting the feeling that God is not pleased with how things in this promised land are going, else we would be enjoying the fruits of the land far more than we are. Just maybe a revival of that early spirit that drove the first white people to this land will bring back the liberty we all seek.
Yep I have a running thread of Michigan legislative activities that no one seems to care about. Its attached to every Michigan ping and has only had a handful of comments in more than 2 years.
