Sure, but I think we are overlooking the fact that elderly men seem to universally love McDonalds!!!!
From the looks of the coffee and Styrofoam plate, I would say this was breakfast - and no hamburgers were involved.
People who are disabled have good days and bad days. Maybe the hash cooked too long this day...who knows. Whatever the reason he couldn’t break up his own food, its nice to see somebody help him.
