I will say it again. The short answers to why costs continue to skyrocket: government overhead added into healthcare costs and people who paid nothing before, still pay nothing for more available, free healthcare. Obamacare is a giant increase in welfare and added pocket lining for the DC lawyers and bureaucrats.
