So who funds the schools if there are no taxpayers?
The urban reservations in NJ are funded by the state (which raises the funds by taxing the areas where people wake up & go to work each day). As part of attracting Euro-Americans to re-colonize these dumps (and prevent further flight of individuals & businesses), the city governments keep the property taxes ridiculously low; the state is expected to make up the shortfall. Because Christie capped our property tax increases at 2%, the funding for these areas ran out a few years ago and they had to make cuts throughout their government workers (all areas). They’ll eventually have classes of 100 students each, but none will be American or the children of taxpayers anyway so who cares.
