All for of those KBs are reportable for Win7
you can turn the reporting off.
go into: control panel\action center
select: “change action center settings”(left menu selections)
scroll to bottom and select: “Customer Experience Improvement Program settings”
select: no and save.

If you don’t have these updates yet, turn off automatic updates and when you do a manual update only select the ones you want.
