All that baby was to the addict was a paycheck. That baby provided the addict a home, food and money. This is what our tax dollars going towards. Once the boyfriend murdered the baby, the addict hid the body in a refrigerator and then tried to bury her at sea. The addict needed the paycheck to keep coming in. As long as the state couldn’t identify the baby girl’s body the addict could keep collecting her drug money.

Their friends were addicts and the mother had a state supplied flophouse via the innocent baby. If the child was removed their flophouse would be taken away along with their drug money.
