Very classy response. I would
expect nothing less from a
paratrooper. We buried my WWII vet
dad last May. He was an original
member of the 511th PIR /11th AB Div
They fought on Leyte and he was
wounded and evacuated during the
Manila battle. Final 70 of his 90 yrs
was spent with a titanium plate on the
top of his skull. He earned a 4yr
college degree in 2.5 yrs and
eventually earned a PhD in agriculture
education....combat vet, farmer,
teacher, hunter, FFA Advisor fisherman, Californian, and advocate
of the rural mindset.
