At the very least this was set up for a discrimination suit. At worst it’s a dry run.

This teacher should have kept it for him knowing it would lead to trouble. Or this kid should have put it in his locker. But nooooooo.
I have to agree with you. The teacher never should have let that briefcase clock leave his classroom. He should have called the administration to have his parents pick it up.
