GEORGIA, A 23-year-old man was left with first-degree burns and a hole in the roof of his mouth when an e-cigarette he was smoking blew up in his face.
James Lauria also suffered burns to his hand and cornea, a fractured neck and finger and had his front tooth forced up into his gum.
Six weeks after the accident, James still cannot eat solid foods and now speaks with a lisp.
He had burns to his hand and a fractured neck and finger, and burns to his cornea, Ed Lauria, James father said during an interview with Fox 5 News.
It blew a hole through his pallet and at the same time, flames went down and he got first-degree burns on his chest and up on his face. It forced his front tooth up into his gum out of sight -and chipped the other one and damaged a few other lower teeth.
The exploded device is currently being investigated by the South Walton Fire and Rescue Department.
Yep, I own a couple of mechanical mods though i don’t “compete”. Stay in the operating parameters of the battery your fine. having said that I like my box mods, low resistance, short circuit and temperature protection.
“Wait, this can’t be right. Southerners only have one front tooth, not two.
I couldn’t resist...sorry.”
And you have only one functioning brain cell.
I couldn’t resist...sorry.
Did you get your little feelings hurt and had to lash out?
Bless your heart.
“Did you get your little feelings hurt and had to lash out?
Bless your heart.”
Actually, no. I just have an instinctive reaction when I am around a smart ass. Most people do.
Now, will your little hurt feelings cause you to respond in kind. Don’t waste your time. I got enough of that watching the debate Wednesday.
I've lived in the South so my comment, while in jest, was not far from being accurate.
The charge and juice lasts 2 or 3 hours, but we'd got plenty of backups on the ready.
E-cigs have been great for wifey and I == as 45 year smokers, we both literally went zero days desiring tobacco when we found our vapor sticks.
It’s not water vapor, it’s a vapor of ethylene glycol, which is flammable. It would take a fairly high temperature to ignite it, but it is flammable.
