If you are talking about the Lynn Swan play back in SB X, Swan caught the ball, one of the greatest catches in SB history. Since he caught the pass, the PI call was immaterial. I believe that was the same game that Jackie Smith dropped a easy catch in the end zone. He makes that, and the cowboys had a chance to win.
