Ashley Madison clients =BORING Bored...stupid people
the sort of people who would use “password”... a dog could remember
My boss’s password on the company computers was 000000.
People are lazy.
People who are stupid enough to use Ashley Madison are probably not going to be able to remember a password that’s much more complicated than QWERTYUIOP.
12345. “Amazing I have the same combination on my luggage”
Big deal. Hillary!’s State Department password was password...
I had a college roommate who was a linguistics major
He designed a language for use in a D&D group so that we could have sign and scrolls and such in an actual game language. It was intentionally designed to be almost unpronounceable for English speakers. For example the name Stephen became Yupizaquitiiale. For some reason I kept a copy of the substitution code for this language and use my first name, translated into that language for a password.
Is that lazy or what?
Dude, Watch Out! NSA is on your 6.
Good grief.
There are SO many free password programs. I use one that generates passwords. I couldn’t tell you my passwords on a bet with the except of the one to access the program and it is a doozy.
The really dumb and scary thing is people are lazy. Bet you at least 50% of them have the same password on their machine at work, home computer, various online sites. That is why hackers go after any site they can crack. They don’t give a rat’s backside who is cheating on who (or is that whom?). They want the passwords for other more lucrative sites these dopes use.
You never go full Biden on your passwords.
Wow. That’s impressive.
GMTA.
Hail Skroob!

Wait, what’s password.

Isn’t that beside the point...and not just a little but a lot?
And stupid - years ago, many government computers had "changeme" as the password. That was the standard, out-of-the-box, password and was a reminder for folks to change the password. Didn't really get fixed until admins began forcing a change after first login and requiring more complex arrangements.....
It was rumored that the nuclear launch codes for some U.S. missiles was at one time 000000
