As for those who cannot afford healthcare, you have got to take care of those people. Just who, exactly, is the "you" in that sentence???
Maybe "you" means Donald Trump. Maybe "you" means the people on the panel.
But I have a sneaky suspicion that "you" means me.

What do you do when a 25 year old homeless bum comes in the emergency room with appendicitis? Do you let him die, or do you operate? If you operate, the hospital takes a loss which means they end-up billing people that can pay more. Or the government pays, which means you and I pay through taxes. One way or another, you and I pay if the hospital operates. So if you were making the decision, do you let them die or order the operation?
My opinion is that you have to operate. I don't like that capable people are living off the system. I think we should make that painful for them by forcing them work it off. But I would render assistance rather then let them die.
Just an FYI, when my wife had appendicitis a couple of years ago, the total bill was over $24k. Of course we had very good insurance. The kind obamacare calls Cadillac insurance.
