Michael Edwards, 29, was booked on Aug. 5 with sexual battery and battery of a police officer after the Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office said he attacked deputies charged with his jailing and transport in two separate incidents. You look at a jackass like this whose life is now worth nothing and seriously ask yourself “why would a person give up his life and future for this”???...I work in the juvenile detention system and I ask the kids.....no demand....that they explain to me how a few hours of whatever is worth 1-2-3 years in Juvie and will probably lead to more years in the adult system........I make them think long and hard about where they are heading and I think MANY of them stop and realize how they are destroying themselves.
