If that is his only virtue for running, I consider it a good thing, as he has forced everyone to be on their toes.

Yes, I agree. Whether his unguarded speaking style makes him disqualified to be President, I don’t know. I tend to think not, as long as he is deliberative when it comes down to actually implementing policy, which I think he will be.
