Thing is some animal attacks occur so quickly that you can’t even really access anything on your person, much less two items and then use them together successfully while fending off an attack.
Got attacked while walking my dog by another vicious dog intent on biting mine.
The only thing I even had time to get to was my boot in the dogs face a few times until it left.
I really don’t know what I would have done had it been say three pit bulls attacking at once.
I’m not even sure that an automatic pistol would be enough to deal with that. Animals are really fast.
I feel sad for these old folks that got attacked. it must have been horrible :(

Many years ago, I was messing around with my roommate’s Chow, as I often did. It got a bit rough so I gave him a quick jab to the snout. I needed a lot of bandaids that week. Never saw it coming, dog had my whole big fist clenched in his mouth. Held onto it for a second or so. Man that bled alot.
