The EU should "do its best to undermine" the "homogeneity" of its member states, the UN's special representative for migration has said. Peter Sutherland told peers the future prosperity of many EU states depended on them becoming multicultural.

Well, there it is in plain English. Still, even the Euro-politicians will not run on that policy; they just try to implement it without admitting what they're doing, and lying whenever necessary.

Some in he US are the same.

Yes, this makes so much sense. Import people who come from failed societies and failed economies and they will make successful societies and economies more “dynamic”? We’ve been trying to export success to these cultures for decades and they in the ME, Africa and most of Latin America hold on to their failed societies and economies. So the UN clearly believes in importing failure to infect successful countries.
