All you have to do is follow three simple rules.

One, never underestimate your opponent. Expect the unexpected.

Two, take it outside. Never start anything inside the bar unless it's absolutely necessary.

And three, be nice.

My advice is a little bit different...

Don't worry about your opponent...Just make sure you get the first hit in, and then the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and so on...
Never go outside unless you need a space to run...
Don't be so nice...Never turn your back on the person on the floor til you are confident he can't get up to attack you from behind...And if he can, make sure he can't...
