It is fraud. I worked on a case sometime back where a group was putting up fake www.gofundme.com accounts for supposed people with medical ondition which were, of course, fraud. So YES it is fraud IF they use it for anything other than relating to Kim Davis' freedom or defense fund. I can't see a hell of a chance being used for that by a group that supports gay rights. You know its a bad day in America when you have to find good people within your own government who believe in the rule of law to investugate these types of manners. Moreover that it should be applied equally even to protected classes including the ogliarchs who sign their paychecks. With so many leftists infiltrators within our own government its like watching an episode of V and wondering who are the humans and who are of the reptilian persuasion.
