This is an evil, wealthy radical homofascist activist group that is doing its damnedest to destroy Christian freedom in the United States and abroad. For them to piggy-back on her name like this is detestable. They think they're clever. Hopefully, no unsuspecting supporter of Kim Davis will be taken in by this.

It is fraud. I worked on a case sometime back where a group was putting up fake www.gofundme.com accounts for supposed people with medical ondition which were, of course, fraud. So YES it is fraud IF they use it for anything other than relating to Kim Davis' freedom or defense fund. I can't see a hell of a chance being used for that by a group that supports gay rights.

I say leave the site up and let them think they’re clever for a few days while they collect donations and stick it in their own pockets committing fraud then call en masse on the “good” Christian senators to ask them to investigate it. Meanwhile I think there are some right wing media outlets who will want to air this story. Get the Webesisters Trump duo to talk it up to the black population, particularly the Christian sector. Given the fact this tactic wasn’t thought through too well you can lay money on it being one of the HRC staffers who just couldn’t wait to pull one over on Christians and line their own pockets . Only this time they’ve done something incredibly stupid.

Moreover they registered the website on the day BEFORE Kim Davis was jailed so they KNEW the judge had already made his decision. This smacks of corruption and Judge Bunning may have been unduly influenced y the gay community or given some large donations in exchange for favoritism. Judges don’t go to jail often but if he knowingly violated her first amendment rights and was complicit in a pre-organized setup while receiving anything in exchange he has some answering to do.
