It’s not clear why Mr. Pagliano is refusing to answer questions about the server. Not clear. Hmmmmm. Not even a wild guess??? When my son was 12 years old, I could have given him the known facts in this matter in about five minutes and he could have given a very good reason to invoke the Fifth.

Eventually, they’ll just grant him immunity, which will nullify his Fifth Amendment to not testify. That’s probably what his lawyer is going for.
