Has anyone ever pointed out that the biology, and indeed, the physics, of The Walking Dead’s zombies is simply impossible? Otherwise, you could have zombie perpetual motion machines.

Yes, I know. I have heard scientific rationalizations for all kids of B.S. from Star Trek,, Star Wars, and ever for Superman, but no one even tries to with this. Best advice, just get over it. LOL!

That's why I prefer the supernatural zombies over the virus zombies. Then everything is open. The virus zombies in 28 Days Later were well done because they still died like humans, but the Walking Dead are supposedly virus zombies, too, but still walk forever even when most of their flesh is gone. Just another indication of the lack of sophistication on the part of the Walking Dead team that has shown in other areas as well.

I have pointed out that if someone is dead they will decompose fairly quickly.

Psst! It’s just a TV show. Magicians don’t really cut ladies in half either.

You do understand that WD is adapted from comic books rather than the New England Journal of Medicine, right? :-

LOL.

Really, zombies are impossible?

Who knew?

You mean Romero’s Night of the Living Dead was not a documentary?

The Walking Dead is a fictional program based on a comic book. I don’t think anyone cares that it is not possible. It’s dark entertainment, period.

But I think you knew that.

Of course. With any science fiction, you have to accept a premise. Faster than light travel. Transporters. The sounds of explosions in space.

But what really bugs me...is that they have gone several years with old gasoline in their cars and motorcycles...and it hasn't jelled up. When their car runs out of gas, they just get into another car and it starts up just fine.
