Trust me Mikey, that image should be easily and substantially enhanced to the point where facial ID details could be seen. They’ve probably already done it.
Ive got a “plug In” filter..that runs “under” aka with...Photoshop .thats billed as being the go to item for forensice photography and I cant see much even after using it on the screen grab form the video.
