I don’t capitalize his name. Same with the word president if it is relating to him. That is when i am not calling him an A_hole. Then i capitalize.

I refer to him as BO (Most of us of a certain age group know exactly what I am referring to)
When mentioning his ‘title’ I go the pResident route, however I would call him ‘Mister’ as all ‘$hiitepots have a handle’.
