• Standard Marine guard for diplomatic missions replaced by poorly funded British contractor and local Feb. 17th Martyrs Brigade with Al-Qaeda ties.

Money ? If “follow the money” is the rule , where and how much money was involved? I agree that the ambassador was originally part of the plan Was he the currier ? The bag man? Did someone decide he really didn’t deserve his share? Who else would have known? What was the Turk doing just before the battle began. He left. Was he delivering or picking up funds? Anyone check the financial records of SoS around this time?
