Not so long ago, Canadians took umbrage at foreigners sickened by pictures of Canucks busting the heads of seal pups, killing them in the wild for their fur. Either the Canadians stopped doing it, or stopped anyone from talking about it.
Neither, it still goes on. Too many seals there.
Most of the seal pups will fill the bellies of sharks.
