Otherwise people would be moving through the concourse crowds riding bicycles, riding skateboards and scooting on inline skates.

You or I would never do it — but some people only seem to be deterred by the establishment of rules and the enforcement of those rules.

I knew that. When I first saw his pic, I thought “I’d have arrested him at least for looking like a jackass” but really....should we go there? Should we allow our police, our PUBLIC SERVANTS to manipulate this situation and arrest people for looking like jackasses???? The ONLY reason that three cops on one man who has his hands handcuffed behind his back and is on or nearly on the floor, to be repeatedly yelling “STOP RESISTING” is to make their report look good and to cover their lying butts.
