Romney really never did have a chance...He was a governor of Mass. and had romneycare, which some was taken from hillarycare...

He was a politician by then, didn't really have new ideas, was forceful, was like a damp, limp, dishrag by the time it came for him to be outspoken, and hard line...he was to P.C. and didn't want to look bad...

I don't know of any good talk about him in Mass. when he was gov. other than they said he turned the commonwealth from red to black and then made the Utah olympics great...and I was living in PA. at the time and not much good was being said....

Actually, Mr. RomneyCARE TANKED the Mass. economy.

Team Romney, running the GOPe, lied/lies about EVERYTHING.

"As U.S. real output grew 13 percent between 2002 and 2006, Massachusetts trailed at 9 percent.
* Manufacturing employment fell 7 percent nationwide those years, but sank 14 percent under Romney, placing Massachusetts 48th among the states.
* Between fall 2003 and autumn 2006, U.S. job growth averaged 5.4 percent, nearly three times Massachusetts' anemic 1.9 percent pace.
* While 8 million Americans over age 16 found work between 2002 and 2006, the number of employed Massachusetts residents actually declined by 8,500 during those years.
"Massachusetts was the only state to have failed to post any gain in its pool of employed residents," professors Sum and McLaughlin concluded.
In an April 2003 meeting with the Massachusetts congressional delegation in Washington, Romney failed to endorse President Bush's $726 billion tax-cut proposal."

I’m thinking Trump timing on immigration solutions has been about right. OTOH, I was disappointed he didn’t openly speak to blacks in Alabama.

I was concerned that he missed an opportunity to begin openly courting minorities, including Hispanics, last night.

Now, on the subject of the Hispanic vote, I’m thinking he is possibly waiting for the Pope to come and go. Then Trump can defend our sovereignty after the Pope guilts and nudges many into accepting open borders, along with the border bishops and others. The Pope departs and then perhaps Donald can bring voters back to reality.

The Establishment wants Trump run off for the crime of “nationalism”. The Cardinal of New York is already in on that sclick in the news this week.

Trump better use caution with that cardinal and anything he has to say on politics to Donald won’t be helpful.
