I would not be too sure about that. In its infinite wisdom, the Supreme Court of the U.S. ruled that States cannot confine a young person for life.

Florida has a Youthful Offender Act/Program. My guess is, that if convicted, they will be sentenced under the Youthful Act and be out before their 22nd birthday. There are many more dead people in their future.
