We've all heard the phrase: 'You don't have to be mad to work here, but it helps'.
But when the company in question was handling the Secretary of State's personal emails, the joke doesn't sound quite so funny.
These are the IT firm staff who work at the firm which managed Hillary Clinton's private server - posing as characters from One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.
Platte River Networks employees dressed up like mentally-ill prison inmates in the film of the novel while appearing at a conference and put the pictures on their company Facebook page.
The photos were taken at the end of last month just a week before the firm was publicly identified as having maintained Mrs Clinton's server while she was Secretary of State for four years - and days before they handed the server to the FBI.
The row is dogging Mrs Clinton's run for the Presidency and at a press conference this week she struggled to answer basic questions about the emails.
Mrs Clinton's spokesman now claims that the emails were not classified at the time she sent them but were later marked so.
The pictures of the Platte River staff were a homage to One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, the 1975 film of author Ken Kesey's book about a mental institution
The movie starred Jack Nicholson in the lead role as Randle McMurphy who is worn down by the brutal regime inside the hospital.
One of the pictures of Platte River staff shows a male employee in his 30s wearing a dressing gown, headphones and a sleepy expression on his face.
