There are many stories out there about Gideon. The similarity to Trump is intriguing. Like Trump, he was not born into politics, but chosen. I'm sure Trump agonized over the decision to run for president. I'm sure too, that he felt called to do this. There are too many things going on, that make me think that he is the one, to lead us from the nightmare of the past six years, and what threatens to follow.
We are on the verge of giving Iran nuclear weapons. We have a president who tosses aside our security now and for ever.
I suggest googling "Gideon" and read the story. I excerpt just one here.
Gideon was the fifth judge over Israel in the book of Judges. He is introduced in chapter 6 of the book while he was collecting wheat and hiding it from the enemy. An angel came to him and asked him to take on the task of overthrowing the Midianites.

When a champion is called for in a time of existential crises you don’t raise up a man like Jeb... you raise up a powerful man like Trump (or a Churchill) With such men you must accept both the good, and the bad since most powerful men are flawed men.
I have no problem with a flawed man, not even with some who are deeply flawed. I figure there was only one man that ever walked the earth who was perfect... you know who I mean.
God sometimes raises up a Gideon to carry out an important task... maybe we are being given a final chance... I have my hopes up.
I think someone needs to reread the Bible. Trump is as Christian as Obama.
Trump does not need this aggravation... he has billions and can live his life in peace.

He clearly states he wants to make America Great Again!
He follows through on that...
He looks at the number one leech on our nation... our southern border. He responds to that with his immigration platform.
He looks at our veterans and despises the govt agency that is denying them care...
He looks at our unemployed and sees that they have been robbed by the Global economic system that both political parties have put in place and he says it will end.
He sees Obamacare and knows from his own experience that healthcare insurance can be handled in the private sector by changing the rules to benefit the users.
I think he has a pretty good grasp on what is going on and I also think he has a better solution than anyone else standing on that POTUS contender dais.

And you know this how? Did God come to you and give you special insight? Perhaps it was a special angel messenger who gave you this. Do you honestly think he is doing this for money? He is taking a loss - I’m sorry you are jealous of his success.

Gideon didn’t have aides and polls telling him where to go with his views on things.
I know that we have plenty of people still on this forum that basically hate Trump. They’re looking for Mr. Perfect. Don’t know who Mr. Perfect is. I only know, that right now, in our life time, we stand on the threshold of being wiped off the planet by Islamic zealots...
I predict that within the next several months, there will be a major event here or abroad that will make us all, in or out. America is safe because of our geography, but in time we won’t be.

So, just to be clear, you are saying Obama is a Christian, and anyone who questions that is not a Christian?
I never said Obama is a Christian. I don’t know what he is. I’m just saying - leave the judging up to God. We can be fruit inspectors, but God looks at the heart, and each one of us will give an account of ourselves to Him one day.

I think you are looking at it all wrong. They don't hate Trump, they haste socialism and are patriots. Trump is the farthest left of all 17 candidates, but he has started a cult. We saw this happen in 2008 with Obama. and now we have Obama II with Trump. The similarities are eerie. And just like in 2008, Obama supporters were furious if anyone told the truth about Obama and demanded that he be elected totally unvetted. That's exactly what the Trump supporters say now. The are so angry if anyone tells the truth. So, you can get mad at the conservatives on this site but maybe you should be mad at yourself for being a sheep.
