Just yesterday, one of our listeners wrote in to ask the latest updates following the biker shootout in Waco that left nine dead and 177 arrested. Given those high numbers, you'd think there might be a video of the incident somewhere surveillance cameras or cell phone footage. We hear that there are videos, but the public hasn't been able to view them or learn anything about what's in those videos because of a gag order in place.
After three months, trials are finally being scheduled, and autopsy reports were finally released this past Thursday. But aside from showing that all nine were killed by gunshot wounds, mostly to the head and neck, there's still no indication of who shot whom.

Google can be a friend and save you embarrassing yourself.
I did not find any specific caliber information. I did see a lot of “bullet fragments” listed. This tends to show up in high velocity rounds that shatter upon impact. This is NOT consistent with low velocity pistol rounds. It MIGHT be possible should every one be using fragmented rounds.
Also of concern is the fact that there are not powder burns. This would indicate that the shots were made from at least 5 to 7 feet away.
All in all, more questions and no improvement in the understanding of what actually happened.
Many cops use blue rounds, frag rounds, etc.
Civilians tend to use steel jackets or lead rounds, and the occasional hollow-point.
No... get a dictionary
Also, if most of the shots are to the head and neck, to me that implies a trained shooter with a rifle. Most in-close gun battles with pistols tend to be center-mass shots - stomach or chest.
I know dozens of civilians who carry all the time and I believe almost all of them carry hollow points of the +p variety. If you are talking about carbine ammo that might be different.
By now we all know that if there were any evidence that the bikers had done the shooting, it would be all over every news outlet.
The LEO agencies involved are obviously being covered for.
What actually happened: during a scene where many armed police were present and nine motorcycle enthusiasts were shot dead, 117 people with zero prior arrest or criminal records were kidnapped at gunpoint by police, held hostage for a minimum of two weeks on million-dollar ransom, and made to pay thousands of dollars in order to return to their normal lives, jobs, professional/financial/family obligations, etc.
For any and all who care to do a minimum of looking at FACTS -- not opinions, but FACTS -- that is an excellent understanding of what really happened.

Cops killed them all?
From the very first day posters on here were questioning why there was no further coverage of this from other video surveillance cameras and no continuing coverage.
It seems someone just wanted this to quietly fade away with no one asking any questions.
What actually happened: during a scene at a public restaurant where many armed police were present and nine motorcycle enthusiasts were shot dead, 117 people with zero prior arrest or criminal records were kidnapped at gunpoint by police, held hostage for a minimum of two weeks on million-dollar ransom, and made to pay thousands of dollars in order to return to their normal lives, jobs, professional/financial/family obligations, etc. For any and all who care to do a minimum of looking at FACTS -- not opinions, but FACTS -- that is an excellent understanding of "what actually happened."
Fragments are also very common with hollow point pistol rounds.
And all of this at a political rally...
I do not think so. I do believe they killed quite a few, though.

>> “Cops killed them all?” <<
.
Considering the general location, and its history, I suspect that is highly likely.
The US Army did deliberately kill all of the “Davidians,” without provocation.
.
As a matter of fact, yep, a distinctly POLITICAL open-mic meeting to discuss legislation pertaining to motorcyclists, the same type of COCI gathering typical of those held across the U.S. for more than 20 years perfectly peacefully.
Do you get that, eastexsteve? For more than two decades, these people you so stupidly believe are "criminals" have been gathering all across this fruited plain with ZERO violent incident. How is that possible among hardened criminals such as you so naively and self-gratifyingly believe the folks at Twin Peaks to have been simply because they dress a certain way?
The Confederation of Clubs and Independents (COCI) meeting was open to ANYONE, whether they rode a motorcycle or not. The LEO claim that any group "wasn't welcome, wasn't invited" is POPPYCOCK. It was an open, preannounce public meeting therefore ALL were "invited."
Sounds like something two thespians might do...
