Because he was worth having until the agenda got in the way and Sam filled his purpose and was discarded like trash when no longer needed? Or more aptly when blowback became too expensive? Lets face it. Social engineering a primarily hetero sport isn’t a financial winner so why do it? WHY put the effort they did into it?

WHY???

If Tebow is so awful perhaps you’d like to explain yourself why he was on rosters for three years.

He was on a roster for 3 years because he was a first round pick. Teams are very reluctant to give up so easy on them. The Jets held onto him because... well... they’re the Jets.

And again, you’re the one who is stipulating that the NFL was pushing Sam (barely drafted, disappeared after a few weeks) at the expense of guys like Tebow (First round pick, still trying all these years later). If thats you’re argument.... you’re failing.
