I met two of the men who walked on the moon (Shepard in 74 and Duke last year) and neither one mentioned this to me.
Same here. I met with Harrison (Jack) Schmitt back in ‘96. As far as I know, he has never mentioned anything about this. As a scientist and scholar, Schmitt would be the one to know.
Ed Mitchell was also a scientist (Sc.D. in Aeronautics and Astronautics), but has always tended towards the mystical side of things. I worked with a lady who knew Mitchell from his work on the Institute of Noetic Sciences. He feels very strongly that ETs and UFOs exist but admits much of what he expresses is simply speculation. Given that, I’m inclined to cut him some slack.
