Cold weather might kill it but I found this on Wiki:

In some regions Boa constrictor numbers have been severely hit by predation from humans

So, why wait until winter? All we have to do is let some humans loose in the same river.

Problem solved.

I just rescued an 8 foot Argentine Boa.

In their native habitat, they are nearly gone.

Something like 90% of extant Argentine Boas exist only in the collections of herpers.
