Yes, that's the matching transformer. You should be able to pick it up at a local Home Depot, Menards, Lowes, Ace Hardware for $3-$4.

Should also be able to find the RG6/RG6U cable and connectors there too.

My home brew HDTV antenna is about 70 feet up on my ham radio tower and it's directional. (Yeah, I went over-board I know ...)
