Yep... it's real.
OK, I was tired of Candidate threads...

Will this help? There was another article recently about how SF reeks of urine in much of the city. Homeless people have the run of the place and will urinate and probably the other waste function wherever they damn well please.

Like they would find peeling on themselves something offensive.

>> Hit with urine, it splashes back on a person’s shoes and pants.
Hey, that just might work! Provided, of course, that the pisser is sane enough and sober enough to notice. What are the odds?

And maybe the pisser will aim 45° to either side instead of firing straight on. Sounds like psyops propaganda warfare to me. ;)

I was thinking conductive paint connected to a very large battery would be a better deterrent.

This is going to work brilliantly in a city where people think nothing of zipping down their pants and peeing in the middle of the street.
Been there, saw it.

San Francisco's Board of Supervisors just approved the creation of the Anti-Whiz Police. These personnel, selected for their diversity, will patrol the streets with non-CFC propellant spray cans of luminous yellow paint. When they catch a public whizzer, they paint the offender's privates with luminous paint. The paint has to wear off, so multiple whizzers will have a difficult time denying why they glow under black light. The spray job comes with a $100 whizzing citation. (satire)

Wait. Someone took the time to invent a paint that causes urine to bounce off of it? ..SMH
To: aMorePerfectUnion
Public urination is illegal, but a fine of up to $500 passed in San Francisco in 2002 has seen little success.
they passed a law and nothing changed. The people with $500 aren’t peeing in the street, it is the people WITHOUT the $500 that are the problem. The don’t have a thinking cap.

I am old enough to remember when vagrancy was a crime.
We are seeing the results of 50 years of insane public policy. Even when it is obvious their method of “helping” the homeless just makes things worse.
When did it happen that the normal taxpaying citizens lose all rights in favor of bums?
Allowing mentally ill people to roam the streets is not compassion.
Allowing drifters and the slothful to ignore common decency is not compassion.
San Francisco, you once had a beautiful city until you moved to the dark side. I hope you enjoy the smell of urine and excrement since the people you elect refuse to admit they have been wrong for 50 years.

I think they are spinning success .... they’d have to paint all immobile buildings, plants, and other objects to stop it, and only for those who gave a damn or were interfacing with reality.
