Moderators are not only unnecessary, but they get in the way and should be eliminated. Who was the moderator at the Lincoln - Douglas debates?

There needs to be a round-robin of 1-1 debates so people can truly get a sense of the candidates - no host or moderator at all - put it on C-Span with no commercials and no live audience - allow any network to carry them in full or not at all so they can’t chop it up and edit it.
