+NDXOXCHWDRGHDXORVI+ I'll take a wild guess. If the X's are to indicate spaces, then it becomes "ND O CHWDRGHD ORVI". The "ND O CHWDRGHD" may be "(owners initials) of (compressed form of town name".
Having gone to Catholic school, and getting into the habit of putting AMDG on papers (standing for Latin initials for "Ad maiorem Dei gloriam" ("For the Greater Glory of God")), I will guess the ORVI might be something similar, the initials of a motto.
