Most pool supply places have wet patch system for less than 20 bucks. Used one a couple of years ago on my above ground and it worke like a champ. The only other thing you need is a good mask and snorkel.

Use the spray on rubber coating. I can’t think of the name of it right now but the stuff they use on the bottom of a boat with a screen door sealed with the stuff on the commercial.
