Once the nozzle is fine-tuned, the plan is to use a barge to shoot the salt particles into the sky and see what happens. The project needs several more years and millions of dollars in funding before its widespread use.

The USAF has been experimenting with solar radiation modification since the late 1990’s.
The persistent contrails that spread into cirrus haze has been witnessed extensively.
NASA JPL eluded to the program, and “future” deployment to alleviate AGW.

We are paying for something that has huge disastrous potential (contaminating air, soil, and water) and we are not given a chance for informed consent.
