Ralph Hale, an army sergeant who is AWOL, had been hiding out with a carnival. He begins a life of murder and robbery, along with his fat friend and his girl from Chicago. The next show is announced as, "The Case Of The Soda Fountain Pigeon." Gangbusters Clues: Herbert Paul Jenkins (wanted for murder). Scars on eyebrow, nose, tattoo of "Inez," furrow between his eyes. George Lester Balleau (wanted for robbery): scar on nose, right arm, tattoo of heart with a dagger "Death Before Dishonor." The program is possibly titled, "The Case Of The Well-Traveled Ring."
