>>You misunderstand. I mean the Americans who weren’t fooled, but allow all this to happen.

They are stupid too. But most people who you might say “allowed” it are really powerless to effect change. Our representatives don’t listen to us, counting on the “lesser of two evils” vote (and that makes us stupid for falling for that). We just do our jobs as wage-slaves of the corporations, we pay our bills and taxes, we elect the least of the worst, and everyone just tells us “Shut up, get back to work, mail in your checks.”

If we try to get the courts to do something, they work against us.

If one of us gets fed up and blows up a federal building or shoots a politician, the rest of us instantly brand him a monster and say, “he isn’t with us.”

So, the disenfranchised majority soldiers on, hoping for the best and expecting the worst. But, we have mortgages to pay, SUVs to buy, football games to watch, and “hey, did you hear about the new smartphone that is coming out? It’s only $800 and does 2% more than the year-old phone that I have rightnow. I gotta get one!” So we peacefully obey our masters. This is why the CW2 types are such a joke...because a citizenry that is as well-armed as we are will take no action. Ever.

It took 8% to beat a world power in the late 1700s.
