That was a remarkable story. Maybe he and Sarah Palin identify so well because of that Alaska connection. Sarah spent her earliest years in Skagway where Donald’s grandfather got his start. Cool Beans!
The more i dig the more impressed. Wish my posting skills weren’t so limited by this device. There is so much good material on the official trump site particularly on the three older. Gonna try to find an article on Tiffany and her mom.
They would watch the Apprentice together. Her mom said she would cry tears of joy watching her step children. How proud she was of the people they had become. How much she appreciates the loving guidance they give to her daughter.
It was really touching.
Well written......very good insight
Will do if I find any that have not already be found. There are some good ones here.
Peoples magazine article on children. Work ethics- values

“Actually from Sunday magazine section. Quite a good article”
Not too bad, and it is easy to see why. It is over 15 years old.
The information on the family is pretty good.
Yes the older articles are better written. A couple of good ones posted. Don’t miss the one about. Grandfather adventures in Wild West. Sort of see where Trump gets his “attitude”
Whoever it was that made the crack about class hadn’t looked into his relatives. One brilliant, hardworking , accomplished family.
Appreciate his kids saying they were spoilt. They were surrounded by wonderful opportunities. Also discuss how struck dad was and how he made boys mow yards help cut up trees etc
The things I learned are a legacy I am passing on to my family, how to live in the garden, the small pleasures of life as sewing, quilting, knitting and crocheting...how to love life and God and most importantly, each other...
Wonderful full legacy !
Thanks so much for all of the pings to these great links/stories.
The Trump family is the TRUE American dream story. Immigrants arriving, who work hard and pass on great work ethic to their children...that is instilled for following generations.
Enjoyed the writing style of the NYT article. You don’t see writers that can write like that, much, anymore.
Can’t wait to read through more of the stories/links at the Trump site.
Again, many thanks. Makes me hopeful for a happy future of turning to American values and traditions ;-) (Make America Great Again :)

THAT ^^ is what it’s all about. Rich histories, interwoven....stories of sacrifice, hard work, success, self-responsibility/family-responsibility, overcoming the hard times, free to enjoy the good times and blessings that God has so richly endowed this nation with.
Fred pledged his own sizable assets to help him several times and to help save him after the Taj mistake
Family does that!
Everytime I read through this one scenes from a future movie come to mind. If this one and the original were told in sequence they would make a great mini series.
Thanks for posting these stories.
Very interesting.
Impressive family.
Thank’s. If you find any others please add to this thread
Is there a DT pinglist yet?
Did you notice that article was written in 2000. Pretty neat history isn’t it.
Without reading anymore than the title and excerpts, it sure beats the heck out of that drivel from commander in short pants’ novella (...from my father)
No. Would you like to Start one?
